Import an Instant app into the account as a package

POST /v1/app/import/{appId}

Imports a specific Instant app into the account as a new package. Returns the ID of the new package. Optionally an ID of the target version to import can be specified, otherwise the latest of the app is imported. The process to import the package may take a while and the state of the created package should be checked before it is used.
