Application Manager for SCCM
SWC Application Manager gives you a focused workspace for managing and deploying applications, powered by SoftwareCentral. Connect it to your existing Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM) environment to manage your apps and bring in ready-made applications from the Robopack library.
This guide takes you from installation to your first application. Application Manager uses the standard SoftwareCentral installer, so you'll see the name SoftwareCentral in the installer, IIS, the database and the Windows service.
Installation at a glance
- Prepare a Windows web server, SQL database and service account with the required SCCM permissions.
- Install SoftwareCentral with ConfigMgr support enabled and connect it to your SCCM site.
- Apply your Application Manager licence and configure administrator access, content shares, folders and collections.
- Connect Robopack, create your templates and test an application on a pilot device.
