What you'll need
- A Global Administrator account in your Entra ID (Azure AD) environment
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Navigate to the trial signup
Head to app.robopack.com/trial and click Connect and Create Account.
2. Sign in with your Global Admin account
Choose the account that has Global Administrator permissions in your Entra ID environment.
3. Review the initial permissions
At this stage, Robopack only requests minimal permissions:
| Permission | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Sign in and read user profile | Identify who you are |
| Read organization information | Know which organisation you're connecting from |
| Maintain access to data | Keep your session active |
That's it — Robopack does not request access to Intune, devices, or apps at this stage. It's only creating your account.
Tick Consent on behalf of the organization so that other users in your organisation won't be prompted for the same permissions when they sign in.
4. Confirm your trial is created
After accepting, your trial is ready. You'll land in the Robopack dashboard.
At this point, you have a Robopack account but your Intune tenant is not yet connected. That's the next step.
What's next?
In the next tutorial, you'll connect your Intune tenant so that Robopack can manage apps and deployments on your behalf.
